Complete workout program for the month. Each workout is 30 minutes long. By the end of the workout, you will have a completed a mile walk or jog and 8 exercises in 30 minutes. Workouts are low impact (easy on the joints) and work large muscle groups to lose inches and improve cardio. Can't get outside? You can replace the walk with dancing in your living room.
